Josics exists to help girls find friendship, opportunity and a sense of belonging through sport.

Our journey begins with teenage girl golfers. Golf can bring incredible experiences, but friendships formed at tournaments often have to stretch across cities, schools and busy schedules. Finding someone to practise with, share an experience or simply talk golf with shouldn’t depend on living nearby.

We’re building an invite-only digital community where girls can stay connected, discover playing opportunities and make more of their sporting lives together. From meeting a friend for a round to playing at different courses while connected live, our focus is on turning shared interests into lasting connections.

We’re listening to athletes and parents as we develop Josics, with parental involvement and thoughtful attention to privacy at the heart of our approach.

Starting with golf, our wider ambition is to build products, services and communities that respond to the needs of female athletes—helping more women and girls feel supported, included and excited to keep playing.
